Day 1: Arrive Cairns - Port Douglas

On arrival at Cairns Airport, make your own way to your hotel (flights anytime). The afternoon is free for you to explore this resort town.

Day 2: Daintree Dreaming - Aboriginal (Breakfast & Lunch)

Visit Janbal Gallery for a painting class with Aboriginal artist Brian ‘Binna’ Swindley. Binna will guide you through their painting techniques and share Dreamtime stories about animals, environment and language. Learn how stories are told through Aboriginal paintings and paint your own canvas to take home. Drive through Shannonvale Valley on the way to Mossman Gorge and learn about the ancient Aboriginal ‘highways’ that ran through the region. On arrival at Mossman Gorge Centre, you are greeted with a traditional smoking ceremony followed by a delicious lunch infused with local flavours at the Mayi Café next to the rainforest. With your Aboriginal guide, wander into the lush rainforest of the World Heritage listed Daintree National Park. Experience one of the world’s oldest and most beautiful rainforests by taking an easy walk across boardwalks, tracks and bridges that protect this delicate ecosystem. Your Aboriginal guide will explain the rich flora and fauna of this diverse environment, as well as share history and stories of the Kuku Yalanji culture. Make your way back to the vehicle for your return transfer to your accommodation.

Day 3: Port Douglas Dive & Snorkel Adventure (Breakfast)

After breakfast, begin your full day tour.

Explore three stunning and exclusive reef sites at the renowned Agincourt ribbon reefs, each chosen for visual and ecological diversity for your dive and snorkel adventures. And you'll be doing it in comfort and style. With our friendly and knowledgeable crew, Silversonic has everything you’ll need to experience an underwater world of colourful marine life in safety. Access to the water is so easy with the large, submerged platform. Relax on the spacious deck areas; there’s hot freshwater showers and change rooms. Enjoy a hot and cold tropical lunch and a licensed bar to share tales of your adventure on the homeward journey.

Day 4: Port Douglas - Depart Cairns (Breakfast)

After breakfast, check out and take SIC transfer to the airport for your flight back home.
