DAY 01: ARRIVAL CHITOSE AIRPORT – ASAHIKAWA – SOUNKYO (L/D)

Upon arrival, meeting with our tour guide at arrival hall and proceed for tour below:

• Asahikawa Ramen Village, here offers you 8 of Asahikawa’s most well know ramen shops in one location.

• Asahiyama Zoo (Entrance ticket is included), the most creative zoo in Japan. You can watch animals as they are living in wild. The zoo was also one of the first to organize penguin walks in the winter.

• Silver-river, Shooting-star (Ginga, Ryusei) Falls in Sounkyo, these 100m-tall waterfalls are one of the dynamic falls in Japan.

• Sounkyo Hyobaku Festival, here will be an exhibit of ice sculptures, light-ups, Hyobaku drums, Ainu ethnic dance, fireworks display and etc.

Enjoy dinner and experience hot spring bath at the hotel.

DAY 02: SOUNKYO – SKI RESORT (B/D)

After breakfast, check out from hotel. Then depart and proceed to ski resort:

You may take Ski Lesson / enjoy alternative Winter Activities at own expenses.

Check-in Ski Resort and enjoy hot spring bath.

DAY 03: SKI RESORT – ABASHIRI – MT. IO – LAKE AKAN (B/L/D)

After breakfast, check out from hotel. Then proceed for the tour as below:

• Sea of Okhotsk Drift Ice (Entrance ticket is included), you will observe the drifted ice on board the Aurora in Abashiri

**If the trip is cancelled due to bad weather, ticket fees will be refunded on the spot.**

• Mount Io, A volcano covered with sulphur. You can feel volcanic power and understand how hot springs are becoming from.

• Lake Mashu, It is ranked first in transparency in the world. In winter, white snow makes the lake look much nicer

• Tsurumidai, you will amazed to see many Japanese Red-Crowned Cranes on the white snow field.

Enjoy dinner and experience hot spring bath at the hotel.

DAY 04: LAKE AKAN – OBIHIRO – SAPPORO (B/L)

After breakfast, check out from hotel. Then proceed for the tour as below:

• Old Kofuku Station, It is abolished train station, but many people try to come here to be blessed with happiness. “Kofuku” means happiness in Japanese.

• Hokkaido Shrine, it is the most popular and symbolized Japanese shrines in Hokkaido. It is a beautiful and serene place where Japanese people go to pray.

• Sapporo Clock Tower, One of the Sapporo’s most famous city attractions.

• Odori Park, It is a city oasis around 1.5KM long. A four season park with many trees including cherry trees and a good view of Sapporo TV’s Tower.

• Tanukikoji Shopping Street, A huge attraction for tourists where you can buy local souvenirs, snacks, and duty free shops.

DAY 05: SAPPORO – OTARU – SAPPORO (B/L)

After breakfast, check out from hotel. Then proceed for the tour as below:

• Hokkaido’s Former Government Building,

A monument to the early development of Hokkaido is affectionately called the “redbrick” by locals.

• Shiroi Koibito Chocolate Factory Park (Entrance ticket is included), Famous for their chocolate cookies all over Japan. There are plenty things to see, including the production line, exhibits outlining the history of chocolate, and works of art. The park also features the “Chocolate Carnival” a parade of mechanical dolls, which begins at the top of every hour.

• Otaru Music Box Museum, It is packed with music boxes playing charming melodies. Collections includes musical glass works, ceramics, and woodcraft. They are prefect for souvenirs.

• Glass Work Street Shops, Many home-style glass works make extremely popular souvenirs in Otaru town.

• Otaru Canal, A narrow romantic waterway for the present and past which often appeared in films and TV dramas

DAY 06: DEPART SAPPORO – CHITOSE AIRPORT (B)

Breakfast at hotel, free leisure until time sends to airport for flight to sweet home.
