DAY 01: Arrival Chitose Airport – Noboribetsu Jigokudani – Lake Toya (Lunch)

Upon arrival at Chitose (CTS) Airport and proceed to the tour. Visit Noboribetsu Jigokudani, the site of a 450-meter diameter, 11-hectare crater created by the volcanic activity of Mt. Hiyori. There are numerous openings and fumaroles along the valley, and the scenery of bubbling and boiling water inspired the name “Oni no sumu jigoku” (Where the demon’s live). As much as 10,000 tons of hot spring water of various types gush out of this area every day, which is supplied to hotels and inns in the hot spring resort. Continue to Lake Toya Silo Observatory, an observatory located along Route 230 on the northwest side of Lake Toya. You can overlook Lake Toya, Nakajima, Lake Toya Onsen, and Mt. Usu. You can see the history of Mt. Usu, which has repeated eruptions since 1663, on the information board on the observatory. Then transfer to Fukidashi Springs Mount Yotei Park, rain and snow from Fukidashi Springs Mount Yotei seep into the crevices of lava and volcanic ash and are reborn as mineral-rich water after decades of filtration and purification. The entire area is designated as an Environmental Greenbelt Reserve, where nature is protected and water quality is maintained. At the roadside station, you can enjoy casual meals and specialty products such as coffee and coffee jelly using the famous spring water.

DAY 02: Rusutsu Resort – Skiing Day (Breakfast)

After breakfast at the hotel, free at your own leisure. You may skiing and free time for sightseeing in and around the resort. Rusutsu Resort is located at the foot of Mount Yotsushi and is surrounded by Shikotsu Toya National Park. It is synonymous with superb powder snow and is known worldwide as one of Japan's most representative ski resorts. The 37 ski runs are spread over three high mountains, and there are 18 lift routes, including a 3,500m-long ski run, making it a vast facility with a total ski distance of 42km.

DAY 03: Sculpture Park – Showa Shizan Bear Ranch – Futami Park (Breakfast/Lunch)

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to the tour. Transfer to Sculpture Park, under the theme of "a wilderness sculpture park where people and nature come into contact", 58 statues are installed on the shore of Lake Toya. You can fully enjoy the fusion of nature and art through the statue tour. Visit Showa Shizan Bear Ranch, you can see bears of all ages playing up close, and you can feed them! There are food stores and vending machines in the park, and when bears find a person with food, they stand up and wave! Continue to Futami Park, from the bright red suspension bridge, you can see ”Futami-iwarocks” that was named after Futamigaura in Ise, Mie Pref, and“Kappa buchi” that has a legend of Kappa. There is a natural walking path “Futami Jozan Road.” Cross the red Futamituribashi bridge and walk along Toyohira River. The murmuring river and about 800 kinds of wild plants will welcome you.

DAY 04: Otaru – Shiroi Koibito Park – Odori Park (Breakfast/Lunch)

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to the tour. Heading to Otaru Canal - Otaru Handicraft Street, the canal makes for a pleasant stroll during the day, when artists present their works to passing tourists, and during the evenings when old fashioned gas lamps are lit and provide a romantic atmosphere. The canal also serves as the main site of the town's Snow Light Path Festival. Then visit Shiroi Koibito Park, is a chocolate entertainment park operated by a Japanese confectionery manufacturer, which produces Shiroi Koibito one of the famous sweets in Japan. The park is a beautiful world where British and Hokkaido cultures merge. Founder Isao Ishimizu was fascinated by the beauty of England and wanted to convey the beauty of England to the locals. He asked a British architect to build a Tudor House. If you are with family, partner or if you like sweets, come and check out the delicious and fun Shiroi Koibito Park. Continue to Former Hokkaido Government Office Building and heading west on Kita Sanjo Dori, you’ll see the grand Former Hokkaido Government Office, known by the nickname “red brick office,” standing as the street comes to a dead end. The Former Hokkaido Government Office was used for approximately 80 years until the new government office currently in use was built. Constructed in 1888, the building is an example of American neo-baroque architecture. Architectural details such as the warped glass created in the Meiji Period and the heat-retaining double doors stored in an ornamental frame exude functional beauty. The building and its exhibits on Hokkaido history are open to the public. Then, proceed to Clock Tower which located at the old Sapporo Agricultural School training ground was built in October 1878 as a two-story wooden Western-style foreign building with an American-made clock on the tower, and is the oldest surviving clock tower in Japan. Since its construction, the Clock Tower has been chiming the time for Sapporo with the sound of the clock, which has never been interrupted so far. Heading to Odori Park, an oasis with 92 types of trees including lilacs and elm stands located in the middle of a business district. On its lawns and around its fountains, one can find locals and tourists alike relaxing. Odori Park is called a park, but it’s really a street. In 1871, a firebreak, which cuts central Sapporo into is northern and southern parts, was built. The firebreak became Shiribeshi Dori, which was renamed Odori. Odori Park, which is usually a very calm and relaxed space, is also used for many of Hokkaido’s best-known seasonal events, such as the Snow Festival in the winter, Lilac Festival in the spring, YOSAKOI Soran Festival and beer garden in the summer, and Autumn Festival, which brings together various Hokkaido cuisines, in the fall.

DAY 05: Hokkaido Shrine – Kitahiroshima Outlet Park (Breakfast/Lunch)

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to the tour. Visit Hokkaido Shrine, the largest guardian deity in Hokkaido and is still relevant to the lives of Hokkaido people, with traditional divine services held during the first month of the year, exorcisms, festivals, weddings, etc. Continue to Kitahiroshima Outlet Park, the largest outlet in Hokkaido and Tohoku region and the best outlet in Hokkaido, with a collection of world-famous brands of clothing, shoes, luxury goods, sporting goods and cosmetics.

DAY 06: Chitose – Departure (Breakfast)

After breakfast at the hotel, check out and transfer to Chitose (CTS) Airport for your flight departure.
